The 3rd training carried the theme “Learning from Business Actors in a Pandemic Period” which was attended by 20 participants. This training was attended by 21 participants and was conducted online. The background of the theme of this research is to look at the declining level of the economy during this pandemic, especially for vulnerable communities, people with economic limitations, and communities affected by disasters, whose impacts are exacerbated by the effects of climate change. Not a few business actors ranging from the MSME level to large companies have suffered losses until they were forced to go out of business because their businesses were no longer profitable. However, some entrepreneurs can survive and still make a lot of profit in this difficult era. This training is held as a form of community capacity building and motivation development in business, by learning from businessmen who have been successful in their respective fields. The business training, which was held via zoom, presented two speakers. The first resource person is Jusrian Saubara Orpa Yanda, M.Sc who is the CEO of Acronesia.com.
