PIAREA Institute held the 2nd Training on May 31, 2021, with the theme of the training, namely “Easy Ways to Build Business Foundations”. This training was attended by 21 participants and was held online. This training is very useful for people who are interested in the business, for those who are about to start building a business, or who are running a business. Based on the explanations given during the training, building a business foundation must strengthen the business from the ground up. The development of business foundations is very necessary so that the business can continue to run even though it is faced with various problems. Understanding the business that is or will be run encourages us to better utilize our potential and overcome existing shortcomings. Business planning that has the potential to cause a higher risk of failure, must be balanced with a structured implementation.
